Cancellation and Charges Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service charge, while same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. A credit card may be required to secure bookings for high-demand stylists or multi-service appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service, and a late fee or partial charge may apply. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments, and bridal or group bookings must include a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the total balance on the day of service.

We offer root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, ombré, color correction, and gloss treatments, with rates starting at $75. The price varies by stylist level and service type.
Do you provide men’s grooming and color services?
Yes! Our men’s services include cuts, color blending, and beard detailing, starting from $45.
Do you offer bridal or event packages?
Absolutely! Bridal hair and makeup services range from $100 to $200, with trials available. Bridesmaids and airbrush makeup options are also provided.
What treatments are available for damaged or frizzy hair?
We provide Kerastase, Milbon, and Fusio-Dose treatments customized to your hair type. Prices start at $27 and include at-home care ampoules for some services.
Do you offer spa or facial treatments?
Yes, our luxury facials include Sothys, Biologique Recherche, and Valmont treatments. Sessions start at $135 and go up to $350, depending on the facial type and duration.
What are the nail service options?
We offer classic, gel, Russian hard gel, and spa manicures/pedicures, with prices starting from $35. Nail art and chrome designs are also available.
What brow and lash services do you provide?
Our Brow Bar features eyebrow shaping, lamination, henna, and eyelash lifts, starting from $35.
Is gratuity included in the price?

Do you have memberships or packages?

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, but appointments are prioritized. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on stylist availability.
