Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service charge, while no-shows or same-day cancellations will be billed 100% of the service cost. To confirm bookings with our high-demand barbers or for multi-service sessions, a valid credit card may be required. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a modified service, and a partial fee may apply. Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment requirements for future appointments. For group bookings or bridal services, a non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward your final balance. Please note, all card payments include a 3% processing fee to cover transaction costs.
