Cancellation & Charges Policy

At Arsova Salon, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to accommodate other clients. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% service charge, applied to the card on file. For bridal, color correction, and extension appointments, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your slot; this deposit can be transferred once if rescheduled with sufficient notice. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and could incur a partial service charge. Prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on the stylist’s experience, hair length, and service complexity.
