Pricing varies depending on the stylist’s expertise, hair length, texture, and service complexity, with all listed rates serving as starting prices that may adjust following a personalized consultation. Consultations are highly recommended for new guests and for specialized services such as extensions, color corrections, and advanced treatments. Some premium or on-location services, including bridal and smoothing, may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash; gratuities are appreciated in cash or via approved payment apps. If you are not completely satisfied, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment for a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist. To ensure fairness and scheduling efficiency, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total, while bridal and on-location cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 100% fee. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule, and deposits for specialty services may be transferred once with proper notice but remain non-refundable.
