Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service fee, while no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full 100% of the service amount. A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments with high-demand barbers or for multi service bookings. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service, and a partial charge or late fee may apply. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments. Group or bridal bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the total balance on the day of service. Please note that all card payments include a 3% processing fee to cover transaction costs.
