At Strange Bird Salon, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we value both your time and our stylists’ schedules. To maintain a smooth experience for all guests, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service, while no-shows will be charged the full amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a partial or full service charge may apply depending on availability.
