Cancellation and Charges Policy
The Urban Betty salon does not have high service charges, but has a small service charge for employee benefits, based on the complete services. They have another eco-friendly initiative in which they repurpose and recycle 95% of the waste resources. For this, they charge a small Eco fee of $2.50; if you don’t want to pay this charge, you have to inform the front desk at checkout.
For cancellations or no-shows, you must inform them a day before (24 hours). In case you failed to give a timely notice, you’ll need to pay 50%coast of the missed appointment in the next booking.
